ingredients and other commodities, knowledge of different

Steward:
- To know different equipments used in Bars & Restaurant,
different types of
services, table layouts(Ala-Carte, Table-de-Hote), different
types of breakfasts, basic knowledge of wine, spirits beers
and other non-alcoholic beverage.
House
Keeping: - To learnt how to use latest cleaning
equipments, basic functioning of
Laundry, setting of different types of beds, cleaning polishing
and removing strains and maintaining rooms, equipments and
hygiene.
Front
Office: - To learnt how to receive guests and accommodating,
knowledge of
different types of rooms, handling different equipments
of front office, reservations, booking and ticketing and
knowledge of surrounding (Travel & Tourism).
Basic
Computer Appliances: - To learnt knowledge of Computer
fundamentals,
opening of files and folders, knowledge of Internet, E-mail
and Fax, knowledge of Visual Aids & Website, Multi Media
concepts and printing, scanning web camera and use of CD
writers.
Maintenance
(Electrical & Plumbing): -
Basic Electrical knowledge:- To knowledge method of fixing
switches, repairs of minor
equipments in the hotels, use of tester, connecting different
types of equipments and knowledge of circuit/voltage current
and resistance.
Basic
Plumbing knowledge: - To know how to take up the
work of minor repairs of taps
and other equipments like geezers, water heaters, showers,
bath fittings, etc.
