After
completion of this course the trainee will be able to prepare different
types of breads, cakes, pastries, biscuits, patties, rolls and many other
confectionery products like puddings, jam tarts, cookies etc. He will
be able to independently estimate the raw material, do the testing and
preserving of baked products.
This will make him eligible to work as baker in hotels, restaurants and
on ships such as Cruise Liners, Tankers, Cargo-Carriers, etc.

He
can start a Small-Scale Bakery unit manufacturing bakery products.
Take orders of Cakes, Pastries, Patties, for parties, restaurants, shops,
fast food centers. Be a supplier of baked products to shops, hotels. Can
set up a fast food center or a bakery shop. Take contracts for setting
up bakery unit. Can be supplier of raw material.
